Home Trust invited Fenton Jagdeo to help reframe Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion through a modern, actionable lens to their 900+ Canadian staff members. As the company entered a new chapter with Fairstone, the goal was to retain its values-driven culture and empower leaders to engage meaningfully with inclusion, not just perform it.

Fenton delivered his keynote on Practical Allyship, challenging the traditional EDI narrative and offering a new framework rooted in three principles: Access over Apologies, Competence over Compliance, and Growth over Guilt.
